Thank you for shopping at IndoYume. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Items that are purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund, credit, or exchange. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@indoyume.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Items received without proper documentation may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items in defective or damaged condition. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
