At IndoYume, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs.
Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping is available for next-day delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹5,000. This offer is valid for delivery within India only. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International orders may take 10-21 business days to arrive. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged securely. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and locate your package. Please contact us at support@indoyume.com if your package is delayed by more than 7 business days.
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. You may be able to redirect your package through the carrier if it hasn't been delivered yet.
